Why is it not worth it? I say got for it dude you will notice a diffrence for sure and the z6 engines are hella fun to play with. You have a 94 which is OBD1 and the z6 motors are OBD1 so you do not have to worry about that. OBD stand for On Board Diagnostics which what they are is Emissions programs that Honda put into the computers.
