I would love to buy a MINES lancer from Mitsubishi, but I would want to buy it from a car company so if something breaks it will be fixed for free and you dont have to go out searching for a very expensive hard to find part here in the states. Thats what I was getting at, I would love a totally pimped out car, backed by a car company. Here is an example for you, take a pontiac firebird and then take a firehawk, even though a firehawk has different parts to make it faster, from a company other then pontiac, it is backed by pontiac and they will cover it under warrenty, because it was a joint colaboration to design the firebird into the firehawk. Samething goes for aftermarket mustang companys like saleen, etc., the car has a warrenty through a car company even though it has aftermarket parts to make it faster.
If you buy a new car you can only mod it so much or else you void the warrenty, so all I am saying is car companys should start selling more cars with mods from the factory, cars like the STI
