Wholeheartedly disagree on the second point. If you're a lap down, you have no business interfering with the leaders. It's a scary thought if the leader is made to fight the likes of Alex Yoong. The reason I dislike DC so much (as well as McLaren to a point) is Suzuka 99. He had no business holding up Schumacher when he was chasing Hakkinen. (though I have no objections to the outcome of the 99 championship). This could lead to too many dirty tactics. If you want to find the leader, the proper way is to actually fight for the lead, and not while being lapped.
