I know of 3 other Vipers that can do these speeds. These are just people that I actually know. Look around. Ask around. Don't look on the surface, look beneath everything to see all the REAL cars. And, if you knew anything about the Island, you would know that the Freeway is practically a drag strip, it just has a few slight turns in it that NO car could do over 300 in.
