my agency is organized like this. you have the "president", the head-honcho who everyone answers to. then it splits in three, the administrative staff, which includes HR, receptionists, etc. then the sales/marketing side headed by the Marketing Director and and then there's the creative side. i run the creative side of the agency with a bunch of graphics artists, copywriters, and what we call "the dream team", the people who come up with all those catchy ad slogans, artwork, etc.
