I'm not for sure on this one, only b/c my model came with fog lights from the factory. But as for wiring from the engine bay to the interior, I would look for a place where your OEM wires are running through and run it along with those wires. or if you got a little balls you can drill a hole through your firewall but I'd take the latter
only b/c thats what I've done before on my old car. As for mounting it, I'm guessing you can just screw them into your bumper where you would like them, and for extra protection use some double-sided tape under the mounting brackets to keep it in place while your screwing it in.
