I am talking about the ones, that need help. I was on the phone with this lady for 30 minutes once. Take a guess at what the task was we were trying to achieve? It was very simple. All we were trying to do, was get into the control panel, to remove a program. That, is very bad. I dont blame the users themselves, I blame the salesmen. They push $2500 computer systems, on 70 year old people, who know jack shit about computers. I am sure they would be very happy with a $800 computer. Then, after they sell the computer, the company makes no effort in educating them on how to turn it on, properly shut it down, what a right click is. It pisses me off.
