Well, their is a big difference, especially the older 323's cuz they were boxy and were jsut otally ugly.Then the 1st gen mx6's were sometimes mistaked to be eary 90's..lol...I'd take any year mx6 over a 323 bcz overall, the mx6 is sportier,faster and there is more mods u can do to them then 323's bcz they're soo small under the hood.my 88' mx6 has only a 2.2ltr F/I engine and ive raced 02' cougars and wasted them
