GSR is the model with electric windows, climate control BREMBOS, AYC etc etc
RS is the car basically made for a rally team to buy and develop. It has wind up windows, no climate control or stereo, no BREMBOS (Rally teams will put their own brakes on), 15" wheels, no AYC (just have mechanical LSD's etc like the US spec EVO will have) and is a lot lighter because of this.
The RSII is a mixture of both. It is basically a lighter RS except with the BREMBOS and AYC and ACD. For the street racer who wants high tech without the luxuries.
