Actually, I would say my logic is quite sound.
You have a country who in the past, has invaded several neighbours without provocation, annexed their land, and forced the residents out so they can live in refugee camps, and then built settlements on the land. A country which has stolen the most important documents the US has, and sold them to the avowed enemies of the US, without provocation bombed and strafed a US cargo/intelligence ship repeatedly (USS Liberty, 1967), has weapons of mass destruction that make Iraq at the height of their alliance with the US look like a child with a BB gun in comparison, and is ruled by a party which has a healthy hatred of the hundreds of millions of Arabs who surround them?
Of course compare this to a nation decimated by a decade of unjust sanctions, regular bombings to destroy their infrastructure, and a lack of potable water for 80% of the population. Then again, Iraq has oil!
