its not necessarily resleeved. basically what they do is overbore your cylinders a certain amount. then they put "sleeves" in each cylinder made of a very hard and durable metal that can hold boost better than your block. that way you can run higher boost easier without blowing the block. if i was goin to be running 15psi on a street car i would definitely go with sleeves. just a good safety feature to have.
