fyi, its not just the motor, it is the whole assy. You can get them from junkyards yes, but the motor specifically is just part of the problem as it is massively undersized to begin with, and will be essentially the same as the one you are taking out as it is from the junkyard. However, this is a blanket statement, some yards rebuild and give a warranty, check before you buy. More important overall is the whole regulator assembly itself, they wear out over time, well in this case, very quickly.

accordstore.com has these "kits". Its where I got mine and will take you about an hour or two to get both sides done at a leisurely pace. search for "window regulator " and you'll hit it right away. These are only for the G5 accords tho, sorry G4s, dunno where to send you. No it isn't cheap, but it will last for years and is new. $270 is well worth it IMO.

Yeah, lubes will do the job, but as mentioned you have to reapply and they dirty up the window.

If you plan on keeping the car, just replace them like I did. You will be much much happier.




fyi, junkyards should run about $55-$90 for the part (inc motor), per side
