There is going to be collateral damage. That is unavoidable during war. But the truth is they were aiming for a building right next to it that was a transmission building. Afghanistan is going to hype up any mistakes that the US makes. Just remember one thing. Those towers that they took out in NYC weren't tiny and weren't empty.
