Well just for info sake on the SR's
S13 205HP
S14 220HP
S15 250HP
Now for road courses I think the KA24DET is definitely the better choice since you will have more torque than a SR setup...SR's tend to be more high rev'ing

Stage I for each is around 240rwhp; Stage II for both is around 300rwhp
I think a Stage II with nice coilovers and tires and a brake upgrade could make your car a killer track car...
