leather back seats
I own a 93 civic and also got my hands on a set of gsr leathers.
For me the front seats fit right in. I havn't tried working with the back
yet because of the weather. Luckily the gsr was from a wreck and i was able to take my time and pry off the hinges for the back seats with a
hammer and chisel. They're welded on so be ready to bang sh!t up.
Once you have the hinges off you have to line them up as they were in the acura. You might also have to bang those hinges in place to fit right.
Heres where it gets tricky. Do you weld them on or do screw them on with metal screws? It depends on what you have acsess to. You might get a nasty smell from the welding. You might not want to put holes in the body from screws. I haven't decided yet on what I want. If you don't have the gsr you might try the salvage yard or the dealer on the possibilty of buying the hinges. If ya got dough you could always have someone custom fit the back seats. Good Luck!
