On my R390 GT, I got the same problem.. Paint is Model Master red spray.... look like I didn't give enugh time to dry (6 day) btw I wont buy anything other than Tamiya now... it's maybe 1 or 2$ more, but at least it dryin 24 hours, not 1 month !
only Clear Testor still very good.. but take over a month to dry
