Yes, everyone would be affected, but those in Europe would be much less affected, as you economy which does not depend on America very strongly.
OTOH, Canada does more that 80% of our business with the US, thanks to a succession of politicians who have traded our independence for a period of great prosperity.
I plan to get off this continent, as the future is unpleasant as I see it
