And how come when he took off all fast his car didnt make the wooooo woooo sound like all the others??? And... Did you notice he ran that Stop Sign? It was seen by the camera... police if they're smart could send him a nice and pretty ticket to go along with his 'whistler tip'.
And one last thing... how come all the cars that had the 'whistler tip' were extra beat? hahaha
