Using spray can? You probably sprayed too close to the object, and the gas didn't evaporate before it reached the model. Maintain at least 30 cm or 1ft when using a spray can.
Wait for a week, and use fine sand paper such as 1500 grit or above. Cut it in very small size, and wrap it around a small stick, or even the back of a brush, and tape it. Then, sand and smooth the bubbles. If bubbles are in the clear layer, you just have to lightly spray clear a couple of times. If it's in the silver layer, recovery is a little bit tricky. You can mask the body and paint only the affected panel, but that might cause a slight change of tone between two neighboring panels.
