At the rear edge of each door, just inside, there is one nut that secures the rear edge of the molding... if you remove this nut, then you can just pull the molding off starting with the rear end, but it will crease the moldings, and you won't be able to re-use them. It will probably also bust alot of the clips...
When I took mine off, most of the clips stayed on the car, and the molding just popped off of the clips... Most of the clips can be removed without breaking them by grabbing them with pliers and twisting them 90º and then pulling them out.
