well, i'm done with the auto-to manual swap. my only troubles were the pedal box, that really took forever, you have to drop the steering column to put the pedal box in, and its a real pain in the ass to get to all of the bolts. also, remember to ground the two thick black wires going into a plug that used to plug into your auto shifter, otherwise you just get a buzzing noise from your main relay. the clutch cable is kind of a pain to mount, and the cable wasn't long enough in my case. i had to cut away some of the outer casing of the clutch cable in order to get it to mount correctly and reach. aside from that, it was pretty easy. good luck.
