Yup, Athlons can be unlocked with a pencil Athlon XP's need a window defog kit and crayons
(there r other ways....)
But I would say to overclock, if ur computer dies, it wouldnt be much to get a new, much better one.
Some Intels are unlocked, but they are special ones for use by Intel; only a few have made it out......
