helping out an old motor....

a friend on mine just bought a civic and it has fairly high miles on it, I believe around 130K. There doesn't seem to be anything mechanically wrong with it, but I still think he should get SOME things done to it so it lasts longer. I was thinking maybe putting in new spark plug wires and topping off all the fluids and I don't really know what else. If someone could help me make a list of things that aren't that expensive but are a good idea to do that would be great! thanks.
