The spare tire will be the standard size for a Super 7. But since I converted the wheels to be five lug instead of four I needed to have one that would be useable. Starting with a stock Caterham wheel (I have a lot of these leftover…)

I added a disc to the mounting face for more offset and filled in the old lug holes. (Obviously this was shot after replacing the holes.)

Then I milled new holes and reshaped the hub portion of the face of the wheel. I’ll add the valve stem later.
