Classic EVAP headache on the '01 Camry; those small leaks can be sneaky even after swapping the usual suspects.
Since you've already done the canister, solenoids, and cap, next up: smoke test the system (rent a machine from AutoZone for cheap) to spot the exact leak;often it's a cracked hose to the intake manifold or a faulty purge valve diaphragm that doesn't show on visual inspection.
Pull the exact DTC (P0440? P0442?) with a scanner if you haven't; that'll narrow it. The factory service manual has the full EVAP schematic and pressure test procedure (section EC-50 or so) that makes it foolproof.
Hang in there, you'll chase it down quick! What code is it throwing?
