This is Fujimi's kit of the 1st Generation Toyota MR2. It is quite a simple kit but does have top-engine detail. This is painted TS26 Pure White over TS42 Light Gun Metal, with a red and black interior; a scheme inspired by a 1:1 car on a UK car sale website. As is common for Fujimi kits of the era, the model could be built in a 'low down' version, but I generally find these too low. I also wanted to do this 'stock' as I love the wheels. In hindsight I should have done something with the front ride height however. If I ever built another it would be lowered with some aftermarket wheels. Overall happy with the result.
