Batteries below 32 degrees have problems charging because the fluid inside the battery doesn't flow when freezing. Its the same with almost everything that needs charging. Cell phones, electric bikes and other items. If possible they should be charged inside a garage. People that have bought these cars should have either done some research or been told by the dealer especially in cold climates. Its always been the case
