You're replying to a thread that hasn't had a post in 17 years.
Anyway the aftermarket radio causing buzzing is not normal. Someone messed up. You may need a noise filter, but you likely need the wiring double checked because if it were done right you'd have no issues. I've installed several aftermarket radios over the years and never once had an issue with buzzing.
