If you don't need original BBS wheels, then get a set of wheels for an SN95 Mustang fitment and machine out the center bore "lip" that is used to hold in the centercaps (as that lip prevents the wheels from fitting over the hubs).
17" wheels will also work, although the insides of the barrels start to get pretty close to the steering tie rod bolts, depending on how thick your stack o' spacers is. I have about 1/8" clearance on mine.
