In general, but individual marque pages can have a lot of good tech questions getting answers almost immediately. The big issue is searching and archiving SUCKS on FB, so if you need a question answered, you have a hard time just searching for a previous conversation with the answers or a detailed how-to. So you have to ask again and then you get trolls who say "search for it!" It's just better to ask someone who's done wheat you're attempting, even if they've already told someone else in the past.
I've found, however, that the best way to get a correct answer on FB is to post a completely incorrect answer, and you will be corrected by a few dozen people with the proper answer! lol!
