The weathering is just spot on. I guess you have had very good reference pictures of the loader.
For me personally this brings a smile to my face and childhood memories. This was the type of loader widely used in Sweden back in the 1970ies and early 80ies.
Most often I remember them being in a state like this one in the diorama.
