The REM connection you mentioned refers to a wire on the deck,you need to connect this cause when u turn the deck on, it sends a signal to the amp telling it to power up ,then when the deck is off, the amp will be off, and not draining your battery. :smoka:
The Deck should have a wire for this, check the manual for a wiring diagram, or look on the back of the deck, it should be labled.
Personally I havent heard of a Boss AVA-370 amp, but then again, im not a big Boss fan myself, im a Pioneer man myself
I personally have my power wires and my RCA's close together, and I havent had a problem, but the power wire im running is stuff my dad got from work, its got quite a bit of shielding, hopefully someone else can answer that better for ya,
and about the high's input on the amp, I have no clue...sorry I cant help ya more dude.
