Upper fulcrum tilt steering

My 2013 Impala has what is called an "upper fulcrum" type tilt steering which allows the steering wheel itself, not the column, to tilt . Most other cars that I know of have a "lower fulcrum" types where it's the column, not the wheel itself that moves.

The upper fulcrum type allows very easy on-the-fly adjustments of the angle of the wheel via an easily accessible lever on the column. This type of fulcrum also allows a much wider range of angles than the lower fulcrum type .

My question : Does anyone know which makes and models of cars that offer this upper fulcrum type of tilt steering ?
