1997 sentra no start spark plug tubes full of oil

Ok drove my car home parked it for about a week, came back to start it nothing, it turns over, I can hear the fuel pump. Now about 2yrs ago I was coming to a stop sign and the car stalled out, cranked it over and it started but a little rough, Got home and figured had to be ignition related, so started checking wires to see if one had came loose ect. Well I started pulling them out and one wire came out all wet with oil hmm turns out the gasket on top some sort of seal had failed and oil was filling up the tube till I guess it shorted the plug out. So new plug and wireset and thought I did a good job of putting new seals in to keep out. NOT

So this time I pull out spark plug wires and one is full about 1/2 way up one is barely wet the other 2 are about a inch up the wire plug. Ok been here and don't that so new wire set and new plugs, crank and nothing, double checked my plug wire firing order its all good, dist cap is good no cracks, even pulled that other 2 screws to check that wheel on Dist for oil another website mentioned it but it was bone dry and the square holes looked fine. Checked all fuses all good. Not sure what else to check I don't think I'm getting spark but I havnt checked it. but if I'm not getting spark where else in the chain due I look. Car has about 322,000 on it and still getting 36mpg its a manuel
