Wouldn't a fuel line leak be obvious? I am certain there is no fuel dripping anywhere. Could it not be dripping yet still require further inspection?

What are the repercussions of running it like it is? It does start for me every time. With low pressure, it should be running "lean?" Will this damage the engine or other components?
