On driver's side- jack up car, turn steering wheel all the way to the left, remove splash panel, then remove side cover on end of transmission- you'll see the electric solenoid on the left (as you look at it). or just follow the electrical wires from the plug to the solenoid.

Are you sure the solenoid is at fault?

Does your engine stall at stop signs after a highway cruise? This is the most common TCC failure mode.
