Put a good spark plug in the number six plug wire ground the plug have someone else crank the engine. You should observe spark.
The distributor cap and rotor are good places to check.
A bad temperature sensor will add more fuel like a stuck choke.
Check the fuel pressure a pressure regulator is in the throttle body.
If you get it running watch the bottom of the two injectors. Excessive fuel running of one indicates a leaking injector.

As to only number six getting all the fuel if it was sitting a long time mud daubers may have plugged part of your intake. You may have to remove it and blow it out throughly then wash and dry. If you had six injectors I would checking for a leaking injector.
