94 E250 Only starts cold with starting fluid
94 e250 4.9 engine. Will not start in the mornings til I give a little shot of starting fluid. Will run fine all day. Starts every time. Fuel pressure in spec. No bleeding back. Heat gauge on dash not working. New fuel filter. Any ideas? Ofert
