the front diff has one problem and that is there are four bolts holding it in place but only two are insulated the other two bolt metal to metal and after a while of running the carrier bearings loosen a little (normal) and start carrying the vibration through the frame. insulate the two outer bolts that go straight up into the frame from the diff housing. that usually works
