Since I haven't yet heard anything, tomorrow I'll just put together a procedure to use from a guy online named Bushougoma at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WwdBEENa7Is and my service manual (after I check the tail-light fuse). I need to check starter trigger wires, cut-relays, the battery, fuses, etc.. Hopefully, isn't something complicated.
There are also some Youtube videos by Scott Kilmer where he demonstrates a tool called the ECT2000. So perhaps I'll look into that tool.
