Gee there are so many variations with options it would take a while to type it all out. here is the base models available though.
All are inline 6's except the GXi

R32
GXi - 1.8 CA18i (inline 4) N/A 2wd 4 door
GTE - 2.0 RB20E N/A 2wd 4 door
GTS - 2.0 RB20DE N/A 2wd 2/4 door
GTS25 - 2.5 RB25DE N/A 2wd 2/4 door
GTS-t - 2.0 RB20DET turbo 2wd 2/4 door
GTS4 - 2.0 RB20DET turbo 4wd 2/4 door
GTR - 2.6 RB26DETT twin turbo 4wd 2 door ( A limited 4door produced but not in production) Also Autech produced a special model the Autech32 which used an N/A version of the RB26.

GTS - 2.0 RB20E N/A 2wd 2/4 door
GTS25 - 2.5 RB25DE N/A 2wd 2/4 door
GTS25t - 2.5 RB25DET turbo 2wd 2/4 door
GTS4 - 2.0 RB20DE N/A 4wd 2/4 door
GTR - 2.6 RB26DETT twin turbo 4wd 2 door
Steagea wagon not really a skyline but uses the same chassis and drive train. 2 Versions.
