I fixed

the blower.
On these climate control systems, they are very complicated.
On these luxury cars, they made it so that when you select heat to go to the "floor" position, the blower does not come on until the car gets hot enough to give heat, so it does not blow cold air. When hot, the blower starts automatically. In any other position like vent, hi-low, panel, defrost, they allow the blower to come on regardless.
They put a temperature sensor unit in one of the heater hoses. There is an electrical connection and a vacuum connection to it.
When the sensor unit gets hot, it closes the electrical switch, letting the blower run.
It also closes the vacuum switch, allowing vacuum to get to the right vacuum motor to close the door that redirects the airflow to the floor.
I bypassed the stupid unit by cutting and splicing the 2 wires together, same with the vacuum lines. Works great.
Should of thought of this before, the switch was shot, never closed.
