What is your altitude? 111 would be terrible around here. 93 is not the worst I've seen, but it's very low. With 300,000+ on the clock I'd be concerned about timing chain wear retarding the camshaft. That will also drop cranking compression.

How old is the O2 sensor? Any chance they damaged it when the new exhaust was installed?
