Not sure these are conlusive but I would start by removing and inspecting the connector at the back of the panel. The contacts often overheat, melting the connector and forcing the contacts apart opening the circuit

Disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 minutes. The panel contains a microprocessor/controller that can get froggy. This may reset it.

Verify you're getting 12vdc at pin 10 (black/orange wire) at the connector with ignition switch at on.
