Shouldn't do this:
when we jacked it up on the driver side we took the tire off and cranked it up and put it in gear got it up to 45 mph and it started to shake.
One it's dangerous, and you had the other wheel on the ground?
Also you could be activating the traction control if it is so equipped....
Like aleekat said, rotated the tires front to rear and see if the problem moves with the tires...
