I managed to find a wiring diagram yesterday and the the circuit should actually be a 5V circuit. Ohhmed out the wiring between the fluid level sensor and the TIPM. Good continuity and no shorts to ground or B+.

I'm thinking the TIPM is fried but the things are foolishly expensive. Any thoughts before I go and drop $500 on this thing?
