Some progress on my LM with test fits (again )...

First of all, I add some circular plastic sheet, to align the position of the engine.


Then engine, attached, temporally, to the chassis.


So, its time to check the position of the wheels. Not a big surprise, for sure sly:


To correct this little headache, just needed to cut the metal rods, which Hiro gives for them. I make the progress in several steps, until I' m satisfied with the result.


The real big problems started in next fitment test. So, after I put the wheels in an acceptable position, I realise that the suspension arms and the wheels hub, not have enough space, because of the rear wheels new position. (sorry, no photo for that ). A solution for this is to trim the wheels rod base, until they fit to suspension.




I check again, and all looks al-right, so the test of the rear hood follows.


But more engine cover adventures, will follow on next update.
