Re: 97/98 skylark service service manual (and horn relay)
They had what were known as "preliminary" volumes...cover was all white.....that meant the finalized volume had not come out ......but I don't recall any major changes between a 97 and 98....the M motor had been out for a few years.....
As for the IN-Convenience Center, not really sure where it is, but my guess would be driver's side, under dash, but upwards and towards the back of the dash and also towards the outside(driver's side)......you should see/feel a block......the relay and turn signal flasher are installed from the top, I think, making it a little awkward.....
