Wow, that's strange. Not that I've ever looked for something so specific myself, but I'd assume Chicago would have a million head shops around, with anything you could want. Within a 20 minute drive, there are at least 14-15 head shops. I'd make some phone calls if I were you. At the very least some place has to be able to order one.
