I found it:

Engine RPM/ Gear Ratio = Approx Driveshaft RPM
Driveshaft RPM / Final Drive Ratio = Wheel RPM

Pi * Wheel Diameter * Wheel RPM = Speed of Vehicle

Units depend on whatever you use.
